Operating in Tilehurst (Reading) and the surrounding area, we're both career-changed Health & Fitness professionals helping to change the lifestyle of other individuals, couples & groups.

Phil is now a qualified Nordic Walking Fitness Instructor - new classes being planned for Sulham Woods area.
Sue now has a Legs, Bums & Tums class at Meadway Leisure Centre on Mondays at 10:30-11:30.

Phil Chalmers is a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist & Nordic Walking Fitness Instructor.
He provides his services at a private studio in Tilehurst or other appropriate locations (home or outdoor).
A Bit About Sue
Sue Chalmers is an Exercise to Music Instructor, qualified in Step, Keiser Cycle, Zumba, Circuits and Legs, Bums & Tums. Her classes are performed at a variety of venues in the Reading area.
