Testimonial for Sue's Zumba Classes
Sue's Zumba classes are such incredible fun!.
Usually after a long day, I find attending studio classes at the gym a bit tedious. Not Zumba though, especially the way Sue runs her classes with a smile, encouragement and an enthusiasm that is just so infectious that by the end of the class, you can't help but look forward to the next one.
Zumba has been really effective in helping me lose weight and raise my fitness level. I've attended class usually twice per week over a period of some 7-8 months. In that time, combined with a sensible diet, I have lost 2 stones in weight and increased my level of fitness considerably. What's more, I've learned some cool Latin dance routines and made lots of friends in class too!
I highly recommend Zumba for all it's benefits and fun factor, especially the way Sue runs it because she makes it so enjoyable! So glad I discovered this new fitness craze, 10 out of 10!
